First Friendly Finance will be expanding in the fintech industry which will entail computer programming other technology such as web, app to support or enable banking and financial services to the consumer and businesses. Our business intends to offer further proposed services such as merchant acquiring services, bill payments, credit brokering, regulated and unregulated lending. Currently at the moment we are using third party services and companies to power our fintech products and services, and all our payment monitoring and IT is outsourced.  Our third party services are connected with Remit one and small world. With further skilled recruitment, we aim to develop our own in house fintech systems which we can then be used to our own business model which will help us to expand further by offering fintech services such to other companies in the MSB and E Money industry. By this new proposed system we aim to develop a software system which will be having 250 million transactions per annuum. This means around 500 transactions per minutes on average. Manging  this large volume of financial transactions robustly and efficiently is major challenge, as it must be compliant with AML and FCA. Due to using third party services for our IT, we are lacking the ability to improve our services efficiently and to develop our own software’s, CRM and APP.  We are looking to expand our MSB business and to target agents nationwide to  work as an agent under our umbrella and to offer our services and products within their organisation. With further recruitment, we will be able to develop in house our own fintech software integrated with apps and custom built CRMs for our organisation to expand. The IT & Cyber security positions will involve them visiting agents onsite and providing them with training and understanding of the systems, which will include operating training and IT/Cyber training for the use of our system security services  such as troubleshooting on the web and app, back end and front end.
