IT Business Analyst with experience in software delivery, requirements analysis, strong analytical skills is required by a leading company based in Manchester. This is a fantastic IT Business Analyst role for one of the most progressive companies in the North West. Working with a range of stakeholders the role includes:

• Having an understanding of the overall IT;
• Software delivery projects and providing influence and input to ensure that projects run smoothly and to the satisfaction of all parties in the business;
• Engage with all parts of the business to create functional specifications from business requirements and then liaising with the teams across the business;
• Experience in working on medium to large scale projects.

Your prime requirement will be to undertake analysis work by the projects. This will include requirements gathering, creating functional specifications, process mapping, coordination of user testing and analysis. You will be a vital area of the business which sits in the software team but as part of the wider business. Working on a range of projects including IT, software and change management you will work on some sizable projects, provide concise reporting to key stakeholders and support the delivery of strategic current and initiatives. This Business analysis role will have huge scope for career progression as the company is large and expanding at a rapid rate.

Programmers and Software Development Professionals

Working as part of an agile team to deliver software engineering capability across a range of products and systems to meet project and customer delivery, your day-to-day tasks will include things like:

Software design & development:

• Design of software components and interfaces
• Implementation and testing of software
• Integration of software within system/product
• Diagnosis and remediation of faults identified within software
• Mentoring and supporting junior developers
• Define and agree software work packages (scope, estimates, costs)
• Define software elements of solutions to support bids and enquiries
• Identification and mitigation of technical risks

Essential Experience:

• Experience in more than one of: C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, React, Linux, Cloud
• Happy to work on Planning and estimating
• An enthusiasm for exploring and effectively exploiting new technologies
• Be a competent user of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A flexible and adaptable approach and be a good communicator

As an UX/UI Front-end Developer, you will -Bridge the gap between design and development. You will be able to design and develop from wireframe to basic development. Graphic Designer

We are looking for talented and career-driven individuals to join our Design Team and be a part of our rapidly expanding and stable company.

Role:

The Graphic Designer plays a vital role within the design team to ensure key materials for products, brands and websites are created and well maintained on an ongoing basis. The role supports both the Creative Artworkers and Concept Designers in key design for print tasks.

• To create company product branding materials including instruction manuals, typesetting and corporate presentational documents for various departments
• Using Adobe Photoshop to support the Online Team by providing hi-res imagery and creating Adobe Photoshop compositions
• To assist the Artwork Team with the basic retouching, editing, resizing of product imagery, 3D renders and other Artwork admin tasks
• To assist with the up keeping of our branded websites: ensuring the information and branding is up to date
• To assist the Concept team, Sales and Buying departments with product branding materials such as graphic headers, posters, invites, presentation boards

The role provides an excellent base, allowing you to work alongside Sales, Buying, E-Commerce and Marketing whilst improving your technical skills and gaining experience to develop a prolonged career in Design.
